£30, one month at the founder rate, and it is only taken if all 20 founding places fill. At launch it covers your first three months of Pro, and £30 a month stays your rate for life. Once the 20 places fill, Pro is £39 a month for everyone else.
Then nothing happens. Nobody is charged a penny and nobody owes anything. The pledge only activates when the full 20 stand together.
Yes, permanently. Every business at the Park gets a free listing, profile, map presence, reviews and basic stats, whether they pledge or not. Pro is the optional growth toolkit on top.

Enterprise Park launches first. Morris Park, our sister building, follows on the same platform, and Founding Members here will be first in line to put offers in front of its visitors when it opens up.
They are used to set up your Founding Member account at launch and to keep you updated on the campaign. They are never sold or shared, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Yes. Pro is monthly with no tie-in, and your free listing stays. The £30 founder rate lives with your membership though: cancel and rejoin later, and it is the standard £39.

Founding places are one per business. When the counter hits 20, the build begins and the founding offer closes for good.
